Medication Management
Select medical team members are available to provide assessment and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. Client needs are evaluated and followed-up on accordingly.
Diagnostic Assessment
is an intensive clinical and functional evaluation of a recipient’s mental health or substance abuse condition that determines whether the recipient is appropriate for and can benefit from mental health, developmental disability, and/or substance abuse services based on the recipient's diagnosis, presenting problems, and treatment/recovery goals. It is the diagnostic assessment that provides the basis for the development of a Person Centered Plan.
