As a fully-endorsed provider of Diagnostic Assessment, Intensive In-home, Community Support Team, and Assertive Community Treatment Team services we are eager to provide families with the essentials necessary for maintaining stability both in their homes and in the community. 

 

Our professional direct-care staff are fully trained and have at least one year experience working with youth and/or adults with a mental health, substance abuse, or developmental disability diagnosis. 

 

Our outpatient services include Outpatient Therapy, Targeted Case Management, and Medication Management.  These services coupled with the enhanced services listed above are designed to create a continuum of care in hopes that you will find everything that you need to meet and exceed your personal treatment goals and objectives through one organization.
